1. Free Shipping

Free Shipping on All Orders over $50.00.

Customers will receive free Standard Shipping to any address inside the United States on all orders totaling $50.00. All Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, AFO/APO, Guam and foreign countries outside the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping.

2. Important Notes

Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than the estimated shipping times shown above.

2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Weekend delivery is not available for 2nd Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping.

4. Inclement Weather Advisory

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please contact the delivery carrier (FedEx, USPS or UPS) for your shipment if your package has been delayed. AutoPartsToys cannot be responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions caused by the delivery carrier.

5. New Orders

After your order has been verified you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order ships from the warehouse you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

6. Split Shipments

AutoPartsToys reserves the right to ship from one of our multiple warehouse locations. It is possible that your order may be shipped separately once you confirm an order for multiple items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. We cannot allow you to change your shipping destination once you have submitted an order.

7. Shipping Lead Time

Most of our products usually ship with-in 1-2 days after checkout. Depending on availability, some orders will ship 3-5 days after checkout and in some cases orders may ship 7-9 days after checkout. Should you want more information on shipping times, please feel free to email us.

8. Returns

AutoPartToys returns are made easy using our easy returns form. To keep our prices incredibly low, we need your help in minimizing returns. Please double check that your order is correct before you confirm your purchase. If you find that you made a mistake, or simply changed your mind, you may return your parts as long as you get them back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. They need to be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Rather than pass the cost of processing returns on to everyone in higher prices, we will reduce your refund by a 20% restocking fee.

All returns of parts must be in original packaging / new and resalable condition. The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

Any part that was used or installed on your vehicle is non-returnable.

Shipping Fees for returns are on the account of the buyer, and original shipping cost if any will not refundable.

9. Problem with your order?

If we make a mistake, please make sure you include a note with your return describing the error and we will waive the restocking fee.

10. Damaged delivery?

If you notice the damage at the time of delivery, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check out the contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Then drop us an email to customerservice@autopartstoys.com and we’ll start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don’t notice the damage until the carrier is gone, refer to our easy return policy.
